为弘扬中华优秀传统文化，让留学生感受家一般的温暖，1月1日，莱芜区在莱芜职业技术学院举办“话团圆·饺好运”庆新年活动，与泰国留学生一起庆祝元旦。

　　活动现场，老师们耐心地向留学生传授包饺子的技巧，从饺子皮的拿捏、馅料的填充到褶皱的捏制，鼓励留学生们积极尝试。在老师们的悉心指导下，留学生们逐渐掌握了包饺子的要领，并发挥创意，制作出了形态各异、独具特色的饺子。大家围坐一起，品尝着亲手制作的美味佳肴。

　　本次活动以节日为契机，以饺子为纽带，成功搭建起一座文化交流的桥梁，让留学生亲身领略了传统饮食文化的独特魅力，感受到了家庭般的温暖。他们纷纷表示，在新的一年里要不负光阴，认真学习，努力讲好中国故事，传播好中国声音，为中泰交流互通互融奉献自己的力量。

　　To promote China's fine traditional culture and make international students feel the warmth of home, on January 1st, Laiwu District held a “Chat about Reunion, Dumplings for Good Luck“ New Year celebration at Laiwu Vocational and Technical College, celebrating New Year's Day together with Thai international students.

　　At the activity site, the teachers patiently taught the students the skills of making dumplings, from the kneading of dumpling skin, filling of fillings to the kneading of folds, encouraging the students to actively try. Under the careful guidance of the teachers, the students gradually mastered the essentials of making dumplings, and gave full play to their creativity, making dumplings with different shapes and unique characteristics. Everyone sat together, tasting the delicious food made by their own hands.

　　Taking the festival as an opportunity, this activity successfully built a bridge of cultural exchange with dumplings as a link, allowing international students to personally appreciate the unique charm of traditional food culture and feel the warmth of a family.
